Copyright Policy


We respond to notices of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). If you see anything on our site that you believe infringes your copyright rights, feel free to submit a complaint.

1. How to submit a copyright complaint?

When a copyright owner’s work is being infringed on or through a service provider’s service, the copyright owner may send a notification of claimed infringement to us at our abuse report page.

All notifications of claimed infringement must be a written communication to our agent that includes substantially the following:

(a) Identification of the copyrighted work that is believed to be infringed. Please describe the work and, where possible, include a copy or the location (e.g., a URL) of an authorized version of the work;
(b) Identification of the material that is believed to be infringing and its location. Please describe the material and provide a URL or any other pertinent information that will allow us to locate the material on the Website
(c) Information that will allow us to contact you, including your address, telephone number and, if available, your e-mail address;
(d) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material complained of is not authorized by you, your agent or the law;
(e) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the work that is allegedly infringed; and
(f) A physical or electronic signature from the copyright holder or an authorized representative.

After submitting a copyright complaint, you will receive a notification email from our Abuse Department. You need to confirm the attached abuse ticket URL in that email and keep monitoring it to make sure your reported contents all properly took down within 24 hours.

Failing to comply with our required information. Our Abuse Department will reject your submitted abuse ticket and won't be forwarded to our client/user.

2. Client: What happens if I received a copyright complaint?.

If you (the client) received a copyright complaint (abuse ticket). That means that the complaint affects one of your uploaded content and you are required to take an action to that existing abuse ticket as soon as possible. Failing to do so, will get those affected content deleted within 24 hours. Under appropriate circumstances, we may suspend your account for not responding or taking an action to that abuse ticket.
